Ang ibig sabihin ng Sola Scriptura ay 'By the Scriptures Alone". Sa madaling salita, ang lahat na religious teachings should only be coming from the Word of God (Bible). Just like what the Roman Catholic Church is saying that teachings from their church traditions should also be considered as truth. Or as what the Iglesia ni Kristo is saying, that what there 'Pangkalahatang Pinuno' or what their Ministro is saying, like that Jesus is not God is truth (daw). In spite of its clear contradiction from the Bible revelation, that Jesus is also God and at the same time, being called also as Man in the Bible.
