Tax the Churches

Is it really futile to pass a law on church tax?

If there is somebody who has unlimited financial resources, it has to be God. He's got infinite dollars. And if you tax 30% of infinity, what remains is still infinity. Now, how about the churches, well God should provide to them. The Bible said, "Look at the lilies of the field, they never sow nor reap... yet God your Father provides for them." So, yes, the true churches should be well provided, and so, yes, TAX them.

Ako pabor talaga ako sa taxation para sa mga church organization. ang katunayan kame lang ata ang organization na nagbbayad ng mga taxes.pero ang mga INC, Catholic at iba pang organization they excluded themselves from paying taxes.huh

kaya dito pa lang sa issue na ito. halatang di sa Dios ang mga ito.Kasi ang panginoong Jesuscristo mismo nagbbayad ng tax.kaya nga sabi niya. Ang kay Cesar ibigay kay Cesar, ang sa Dios ay ibigay sa Dios.

But if i were God in the first place, i won't conform to the money system of this world. I'm supposed to be bigger than that!

I guess you'll have to be an atheist to pass a law regarding church tax ... but then, you'll be lucky to remain in office for a week or so ...
I do envy countries that have such a law ... if only there are lawmakers in this country that has the guts to consider these things ... just a thought ...
