Nabasa ko yung post mo about "Damaso" but di malinaw sa post mo na yun kung directly na itinukoy mo sa kanya yun, but it was as if you meant it dahil yun ang lumalabas sa punto ni Fr. Abe.

Dahil di malinaw sa akin ang bagay na yan kaya silent lang ako sa kurutan niyo ni Fr.

Naku pag nabasa ni padre itong mga latest posts (o di kaya ng kanyang acolyte na si Lambanog) ay malaking gulo ito.

Father, debate lang po ang gusto ko. Kung ibang contests ay ayaw ko na po. Puno na kasi ng trophy ang kwarto ko at di na naniniwala ang tatay ko na sa basketball tournament ko napanalunan lahat yun. Very Happy

Naiintindihan ko. Talagang ganun eh. Di din ako sang ayon sa inaasal sa ngayon ni Father Abe. Darating din ang araw maiisip din niyang nagkamali siya.

That is true.... Naiintindihan ko pa kung isang ordinary Catholic lang na nagtatanggol sa Catholic Church ang may ganung asal dahil normal iyon ordinary members. Eh Pari po si father Abe eh. All Catholics lets pray our Priests na sana manatili silang kalmado at hindi sila matatalo ng kanilang galit.

Ateo is atheist!

I've decided not to argue to this atheist from this NPS site permanently, as of October 8, unless he repents. Undermining of Church doctrine and calling “God a liar”(1) , the way he treat Fr. Abe and other blasphemous post. He is not here for the purpose of expressing and exchanging opinions.

I'm not going to continue to argue with this atheist,and I recommend that you either reply to him from your own faith and reason, or ignore him. There is no reasoning with people like him.

I will not argue with that woman for this NPS site permanently as of 8 Oct. 2010, unless she treats me as a person and not just call me as "this atheist".

Yes, I called God a liar, but anybody is free to counter-argue that. I did not speak ex-cathedra.

God told Adam not to eat of the Tree of Knowledge "for in the day you eat of it you shall die". Gen 2:17
The serpent then tells Eve that she will not die. Gen 3:5

Adam lived hundreds of years. Of course, there are ways to justify how God could not have lied, but those are mere alibis.

I am not going to continue to argue with that woman. She merely spew out standard and boring dogma that nobody reads anyway. There is no reasoning with people like her.

I don't condone using personal attacks and neither do I fully agree with Ateo. But his actions hardly qualify to make the situation as "Ateo's treatment of Fr. Abe."

Especially since it's quite easy to see in the blog which side decided to turn it into an insultathon.

Sana huwag naman tayong maging Close Minded, tingin mo ba tama ang inasal ni Father Abe? Kahit pa murahin ni ateo si Father Abe, wala pa ding karapatan si father Abe na bumaba sa mga ganoong level. Mataas ang pinag aralan ni Father Abe, sana hindi niya babalewalain lang iyon. Ang hirap ipagtanggol ang Iglesia Katolika kung mga mga ganitong kinasasangkutan ng mga namumuno sa Iglesia. Kuya Harby, si Father Abe ay hindi mo mahuhusgahan dahil lang sa kanyang inasal sa blog. Ano po bang alam natin sa buhay niya? Malay ba natin kung napakabait pala niya? Virtual life is very different to real life. Hindi nyo naman po kailangang ipangalandakan e dahil malaki na si Father at alam niya yon. Mabuti kung paalalahanan lang pero yong tipong hindi niya alam kung saan yan sa bible, o kung hindi niya alam ang ginagawa niya, yon ang mali. Alam ko aware siya kahit palagay pa nating mali siya. Pati, yong tungkol sa pangungumpisal, hindi po kayang hadlangan ng kasalanan ang grasya ng Diyos. Ang mga pari ay kasangkapan ng sakramento at sila ang nagsasagawa nito. For sure pinagdarasal din nila ito. At least nga e humble silang aminin na nagkakasala talaga sila at kung bawian man sila ng buhay ngayon ay hindi pa nila "talagang" napaghandaan ang panibagong buhay sa Diyos. First the priest defended the doctrine and the stand of the "catholic faith in matter of morals" which we also defend in what ever forum we are.

The atheist used insulting word against the priest, which the atheist presented as if he is innocent but in truth he is intentionally playing with words(Damaso) to insult catholiscism. The priest reacted.

Who's fault now? who is correct.

The atheist wants to broaden the issue by finding sympathy from members of Catholics muslim evangelicals atheist etc.. but in truth he also attacks their belief.

I think Yidda will not go in a formal debate against adult men. (1st Cor.) but I'm not sure this might be an exception.

The argument must establish that the premises are true, and that the conclusion follows from the premises.
