May sex na pinagbawal ng society tulad ng sex with a minor. Pero tatlong klase ng sex ang categorized as sin pero hindi pinagbawal ng batas. These are

a. adultery -- sex between a married person with somebody who is not his/her partner.

b. fornication -- sex between two unmarried persons

c. homosexuality -- sex with a person of the same sex


Yes, as far as our society is concerned ay pwede ang tatlong ito.

According the prevailing Revised Penal Code article 333, only a married woman can be sued for adultery if she had sex with a partner other than her husband. An adulterous male cannot be sued. In our culture, we see a lot of friends and relatives finding happiness in other people's arms. We understand and accept them. Coupled with the absence of divorce laws, the Philippine society has become very tolerant to extra marital relationships. Chick-boys like Manny Pacquiao or cat-boys like Manny Pangilinan never lose their respectable status in our society.

Therefore, adultery is penalized under our law. Same goes with concubinage so to speak.

So maliwanag po ba na hindi unethical o illegal ang fornication? Unlike married people who are committed, you should be free to love whoever you want to. Just be generous, kind and understanding to that person, and be good in bed naman, pls. It is not good that na solohin mo lang ang pag-ibig mo, hehehehe. But be safe, you have an ethical duty to protect yourself and others.
