What it means to be Spiritual?

Galatians 16:18

¹⁶ So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. ¹⁷
For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit
what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so
that you are not to do whatever^[c] you want. ¹⁸ But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

Sang-ayon? I don't understand your intention for the question, Comby? Ibig sabihin meron pa palang option na di sasang-ayunan ang apostol o di kaya ay mali si Pablo? Obvious naman from the verse na kung makamundo ka ay di ka spiritual.

You are hungry but you decide to give the food you have to a starving stranger...

Marami po kasi panahon natin ngayon sinasabi ang hirap magpakabait, gusto ko nang magbago. May mga new years resolution pa nga example di na ako maninigarilyo pero after 1 month 2 months ng pagtitiis at pamimilipit e bumabalik nanaman sa paninigarilyo.

May ibang religious group naman po tinatanong kung di na daw nagkakasala ang isang religion, sinasabi nila na nagkakasala ka pa ba? Pag ginawa mo yan e di impyerno ka kaagad blah blah blah.

Non-theists are guided by ethics and laws. Wala akong unethical behavior and illegal acts. In atheism, sex between consenting adults is not a sin, for example; it is a human right. It is not unethical and it is not illegal.

Perfectly sinless po. Atheists don't have sin. Imbento lang sa mga religion ang konsepto ng sin.
