Re: Tomb of Jesus (Isa) in Madina Munawara?
Muhammad is buried next to the first two caliphs, Abu Bakr and Umar. Umar
was gifted a spot next to Muhammad by his wife Ayesha, which had
originally been intended for her. There is an empty grave within the
tomb area meant for Jesus upon his return as the Messiah.

Re: Tomb of Jesus (Isa) in Madina Munawara?
here is an empty grave within the tomb area meant for Jesus upon his return as the Messiah.
Thanks and peace!

Contrary to what you are saying a lot of my muslim colleague confirms that there is indeed an empty grave beside Mohammad's.

Who are they ?

Re: Tomb of Jesus (Isa) in Madina Munawara?
Masjid al-Nabawi or Mosque of the Prophet is the second holiest mosque in the Islamic world. The original mosque was built by Muhammad and is also where his house was. He is buried here, along with Abu Bakr and Umar ibn al-Khattab. According to some Islamic traditions, there is also an empty grave present which is for Jesus who will die after returning to Earth.

Re: Tomb of Jesus (Isa) in Madina Munawara?
Harby, I think Ravla can legitimately get his materials from independent sources. They don't have to be from Islamic sites. Forcing him to limit himself to Islamic friendly sites is like forcing ourselves to use only New Advent when we talk about Catholicism. That is too limiting.
Wikipedia is generally fine. If there are info in Wikipedia that you think us wrong, then challenge it so we know we should be careful with that particular fact and perhaps get more validation.

I am a muslim and how many times i visited Madina Munawara and visits the place which our prophet buried there, pero wala pong sinasabi sa akin ng mga nandoon na nagbabantay na mayroon libingan si Isa bin Maryam (pbuh) doon na bakante
So, I need more evidence na manggagaling kay Ravlam para makumbinsi niya akong mayroon akong aral na hindi ko alam.
Thanks and peace!

Muwajeh Sharif (Golden Grill). Behind this grill, from left to right is
the Mazar-e-Mubarak of Hadhrat Muhammad (Peace be upon him) then first
Caliph of Islam, Ameer ul Mo'mineen Hadhrat Abu Bakr's Mazar and after
that is the Mazar of second Caliph of Islam, Ameer ul Mo'mineen,
Hadhrat Umar Farooq (May Allah be pleased with them). Behind the right
most grill is the empty space for one grave. It is believed that Prophet
Isa (Jesus) (Peace be upon him) will be buried here.

Re: Tomb of Jesus (Isa) in Madina Munawara?
Oo naman, Harby. You seemed to put unnecessary burden on RavlaM. First, you require only Islamic sites as sources. Now, you also demanded of him to explain the teaching.
I think RavlaM found something interesting. What he found implies an Islamic belief that is so interesting: that Jesus will come back, have sex and kids, and then will die (a grave is already reserved for him). Indeed, this is a teaching that I have not heard before.
Of course, you can say that it is not true. But we also want an explanation about that empty tomb.

Re: Tomb of Jesus (Isa) in Madina Munawara?
Jesus (PBUH) was thus the cutest child ever born and
did not give any work and pain to her mother. Interestingly Quran
clearly shows that Jesus was born in summer as Mary was given strength
after delivery to shake the stem of the date tree and the ripe dates
fell which she ate and she was given a spring of fresh water from which
she drank. The third part of the prayer of Jesus (PBUH) had to be
filled when Jesus (PBUH) will return and get married and have children
and die a natural death.....

Re: Tomb of Jesus (Isa) in Madina Munawara?
Besides, I have been a little suspicious with the Christian version where Jesus stayed single and spent all the time with a band of twelve sweaty jobless men, who kept on debating among themselves whom Jesus loved most.
Getting married and having kids are comparatively more normal. I like the Muslim Isa version better.
