Jeconiah and Solomon's line disqualified?

According to a number of catholics I've spoken with, Jeconiah's and Solomon's blood lineage were disqualified to be the blood lineage of the Messiah because they failed to meet the standards of righteousness required to be the valid blood descent of the Messiah ,which is why Jesus could not have come from both Solomon's and Jeconiah's blood lineage.

Catholics where did you get such a notion? ''
This is so untrue!

If you don't agree with me, then answer this 2 questions:

1. If Jeconiah's line was disqualified as descent (blood lineage) of the true Messiah, How come God still declared His oath to Zerubbabel, Jeconiah's grandson?
as was written in:
Hag 2:23 In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, will I take thee, O Zerubbabel, my servant, the son of Shealtiel, saith the LORD, and will make thee as a signet: for I have chosen thee, saith the LORD of hosts.


2. If Solomon's line was disqualified as descent (blood lineage) of the true Messiah, How come God still confirmed His promise to David unto Solomon's son Rehoboam?
as was written in:
1Ki 11:36 And unto his son will I give one tribe, that David my servant may have a light alway before me in Jerusalem, the city which I have chosen me to put my name there.
(Solomon’s Son Rehoboam reigned after Solomon)

Matthew's genealogy is of Joseph, not Mary. So Jeconiah is not in Jesus' biological lineage.
