Nine of the Ten Commandments are repeated in the New Covenant (Sabbath command is not)

Since the Sabbath command is not repeated in the New Covenant it is not binding upon the Christian.

This is interesting. But let me use this insight on a new line of argument, kung pwede. If 9 out of 10 commandments are revalidated in the NT anyway, why is there an assertion that the laws of OT are rendered inoperative in the NT?

Here is an example which is useful in understanding the situation. Before the United Sates became a nation the American colonists had to obey the laws of England. But when the United States formed their own nation the American citizens were no longer required to obey any and all the laws of England but if the United States government chose to have some of the same laws as England then a United Staes citizen had to obey it/them.

Any laws that were repeated had to be obeyed while any laws not repeated did not have to be obeyed. This applies to the Old and New Covenants as well.

Do you believed that Christ, as the rightful authority and judge, advocate and teach lawful observance of the Sabbath? Pls. answer...

From what i know, Jesus IS the sabbath himself in this Christian dispensation. I recall that it's not about certain days anymore as matters for sabbaths are concerned... Christians can find 'rest' through Jesus.

When Christ was on earth He observed the Sabbath but when the New Covenant was implemented Sabbath observance was no longer required.

I'm not asking if Christ observed the Sabbath or not. I'm asking if Christ teach lawful observance of this? Just answer...

By observing it He taught it.

He used to teach/observe the Sabbath when it was in force. Remember....."used to" for it no longer applies once the New Covenant began.

The Pharisees would have taught Sabbath observance to the people and Christ wanted the people to do what the Pharisees taught in regards to things like Sabbath observance.

I answered it already. They taught observance of the Sabbath and He said the people are to listen to them.

The direct teaching of Christ concerning the Pharisees obeying the Sabbath is found in Matthew 23:1-3. Your previous post was one of seveal excpetions when He disagreed with their teachings.
During His time on the earth Christ never disagreed with them that the Sabbath should be observed but He did disagree with how they went about its observance in some areas.
