the resurrection falls on Sunday - ( the word sabbati is sometimes translated in "week" bec. perhaps saturday sabbath - is weekend to the Jew) ) looking the verses closely you will find the "first sabbath" = Resurrection.

Jesus died on First Good Friday and

had Risen on the first Easter Sunday = the first sabbath.

I don't have a scholarship in Bible translation so I cannot answer you about Greek or Latin words in Scripture.

Bakit po nabanggit ang word na sabbath na nakaraan na, so ibig sabihin ay hindi po sunday ang sabbath, ang sabbath ay dumaan na "either friday or saturday".

That is the Jewish Sabbath, In the Jewish faith, the seventh day of the week is the Sabbath, a holy day.

Both Matthew and Mark make a point of calling this Sunday, the first Sabbath, not the first day of the week. This was the first Sabbath of the Christian Faith. All prior Sabbaths, including the previous day, a Saturday, were the Jewish Sabbaths.

Matthew

{28:1} Now on the morning of the Sabbath, when it began to grow light on the first Sabbath, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to see the sepulcher.

Notice that Matthew, after the Crucifixion, begins to count Sunday, the day of the Resurrection, as the Sabbath. Whereas, elsewhere in his Gospel, he counts Saturday as the Sabbath. He also states that this day is the first (Christian) Sabbath.
Luke 2
{24:1} Una autem Sabbati valde diluculo venerunt ad monumentum, portantes quæ paraverant, aromata:
{24:1} Then, on the first Sabbath, at very first light, they went to the tomb, carrying the aromatic spices that they had prepared.

John

As with the other Gospels, John points out that this Sunday was the first Christian Sabbath. The phrase ‘una sabbati’ does not mean the first day of the week, but the first Sabbath.

This passage from Luke relates to a passage from Leviticus:

{23:14} Bread, and parched grain, and boiled grain, you shall not eat from the grain field, until the day when you shall offer from it to your God. It is an everlasting precept in your generations and in all of your dwelling places.
{23:15} Therefore, you shall number from the day after the Sabbath, in which you offered one of the sheaves of the first-fruits, seven full weeks,

So, during the Passover, which is seven days, the Israelites had to offer the first fruits of the grain fields on the day after the Sabbath during Passover. The count of the seven weeks for the Feast of Weeks begins after the first Sabbath of Passover (so that Sabbath would be zero in our way of counting). Then, at the end of each of seven weeks are seven Sabbaths, from the first through to the seventh. So there are two first Sabbaths: the first Sabbath during Passover, and the first Sabbath in the count of the seven weeks.

If the disciples of Jesus had been eating from the grain fields on the first Sabbath of Passover, they would have been violating the Law, because the first fruits would not have been offered yet. But they were eating from the fields on the second first Sabbath, that is, on the first Sabbath after Passover, after the first fruits had been offered. So they were not breaking the Law.

Christians are not bound by the external requirements of the Jewish Law, such as circumcision, avoiding certain foods, keeping a Saturday Sabbath or the Jewish holy days.

the old testament said worship and rest should be on a saturday just like what the jews are doing.
can you give us the reason/s why you do it on a sunday?

I would consider you lucky. In OT time, you would have been put to death promptly. Each time you quote the OT, please remember that you are lucky, the OT is already supposed to be obsolete.
